Toyota with Super Producer Bryan Michael-Cox Honoring Music Veterans and Young Emerging Artists

Toyota with Bryan-Michael Cox, a multiple award-winning producer, united for the second consecutive year in honoring those who are behind the scenes making moves. The annual Breakfast Club, powered by Toyota, will mix party and intention, one of the world’s top   brands and Cox join forces to honor music innovators supporting the work of Music&Memory. This is a non-profit dedicated to helping people overcome cognitive and physical challenges through music. Toyota gave a grant of $10.000 to this organization during the Music&Memory event as recognition of Breakfast Club’s tradition and work.

“At Toyota, we feel the gift to Music & Memory is a special way to ensure the celebration of music has a lasting and positive impact on the health and lives of these patients,” says Toyota national marketing manager, Mia Phillips.

Cox, an award-winning producer, is also known for his work with numerous platinum-selling R&B and pop artists. He hosted the annual brunch for over a decade. This is a celebration of the work of top songwriters and producers in the industry. For a long time he was the ambassador of the organization, working to connect the artists with the mission of Music&Memory.

For the past ten years, the Breakfast Club brunch has honored many artists such as Sean “Diddy” Combs, Swizz Beatz, Jon Platt, Chris Hicks, and DJ Khaled. This year, the architect of the neo-soul sound, R&B singer Maxwell and the respected industry songwriter, Siedah Garrett (co-writer of Michael Jackson’s hit song, “Man in the Mirror”) will join celebrated names of music all-stars for 2017 honorees. Young Guordon Banks, writer and singer, who not long ago released the chart-topping song “Keep you in Mind” will get special acknowledgement at the event.

Toyota Music, a platform which connects the audience with the new artists, will also be introduced to the brunch. There will be 200 guests.

Toyota and all fans were able to tune in and watch honoree arrivals during the Toyota Showcase Live event, hosted by radio and TV personality, Sway Calloway, on Sunday, February 12th , starting at 2:30 p.m. ET/ 11:30 a.m. PT.
