The service person got me to work and picked me up in a timely manner. Repairs were complete by noon, when I was done work. Good, friendly service.

7 hours to do maintenance no updates and tried to have car overnight for oil change tire rotation and normal top off of fluids

Westborough Toyota made the car purchasing process extremely difficult and costly. The dealership sold me a car that they weren't prepared to sell, and I wasn't informed that the dealership didn't even have the title to the car I was buying. I don’t often go here for service but my trusted mechanic wasn’t able to perform the service I needed. I parked out front and walked inside and it took a minute for anyone to acknowledge me. The gentleman at the first desk had his back to the door and was scrolling on his phone. Worst car buying experience. Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixed and went as minimal as possible, chasing issues to be taken care of and simple important issues seem to be not to their concern. After purchasing a 2024 Tundra from WT back in December 2024 I’ve had the vehicle serviced 3 times since my purchase. The first time they finger tightened my locking lugs during a tire rotation event. I found this a few days after the service when I found one laying in my driveway.
The 2nd service call was to repair/replace a flat tire. Once they replaced the tire and rebalanced it they used 3.5 oz (total) of weights. They waisted no time on the usual nonsense. My car buying experience 3 weeks ago at Westborough Toyota. was satisfying and refreshing. The salesman was clearly motivated to make a deal quickly and move on. We settled on a price with trade literally in minutes. It was as good a deal as I could have expected. The entire process was calm, collected and professional.

It doesn't take much to go from hero to zero.... I had to pay $50 for a car rental after spending the full day for a simple 2-hour warranty service that was not completed. Toyota is a great brand that stands for quality. The service manager, Alfredo Lopes, destroys Toyota's reputation with NO care for his employees and creating a horrible customer experience.

After that point: vehicle received 3 days after agreed date, dealer blamed delays on insurance company until we showed insurance company responded within hours, nail sticking out of tire when supposedly the vehicle just finished inspection?, tried to withhold car mats (told me I can find deals on eBay), only provided 1 key, couldn’t get a call from the general manager and no real concern for my time nor the terrible experience. Lots of excuses.

I scheduled (around 5 PM) a next day appointment to see an used car and made sure the car was available. Robert, the internet service desk confirmed that the vehicle was available for test drive. When I drove 40 miles down, the dealership told that the car was sold - seriously within a day? That car was listed at their website for over a month!. Apparently, the internet service desk was not informed of the sales. Wasted my 3 hours - very disrespectful of my time.
