I have taken my 2017 Camry to Westboro Toyota since I purchased it here in August of 2016. I now have other Toyota dealerships closer to my current home that would be much more convenient to go to, but I don't trust them like I trust Westboro. I have repeatedly found the service department to be honest and upfront about what needs to be done with my car. In the past year, I've dealt with Roger. Recently I had a major issue with the navigation on my Camry and thankfully I was able to use the extended parts and labor program I purchased when buying the car. It saved me a huge bill. I was able to take a loaner for the week and my car was fixed without paying a dime. I will send my friends and family their forever.
This is my 3rd time buying a car at Westboro Toyota. For the last 2 times Leo was my sales man. Couldn’t ask for a better person. He is attentive, kind and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs... thank you Leo, hope to see you there in couple of years.

Brought my new *to me* 2013 rav 4 in because it was experiencing a shudder between 35-45mph. Because I brought it in on Friday I had planned to leave it for the weekend. Alfredo had me right in and out and kept me updated on everything. The shudder was covered under an extended warranty program and my car was serviced and repaired at no cost to me. To top it off, my automatic car starter had accidentally been disabled by another dealership while inspecting the car and Toyota turned it back on without me ever telling them it wasn’t working. I was thrilled! Seriously great experience all around!

Our salesman Leo was great!! My dad took a trip to Westboro to see what they had, and signed the papers for a Rav4. We came back the day after Thanksgiving to pick up the car, but we were informed there was no one to get plates for the car, so we would have to come back. Leo took care of it all - he gave us a rental car for the day, and he even managed to have someone get called in for the day to process the plates. I was able to go home that day with my car! Leo was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. He was able to easily explain all of the features of my new car, and answer all of my mom's questions. We had a a very good, 10/10 experience here.
