Initial diagnosis was incorrect. Refused listening to customer, replaced battery terminal connectors instead of a new prorated battery. End up replaced a battery few days later but refused to refund for the cost of the previously replaced battery terminal connectors. Lack of empathy and customer service. It seems they are more concerned with profit than with providing honest and effective service.

With a hybrid one must rely on trained mechanics to maintain the investment and keep the vehicle performing safely and efficiently-finely tuned. Without electric vehicle support from the current administration we of elder generation cannot afford new. Toyota will keep us moving forward through climate crisis, storm and stress bec they built it to last. As I begin my second hundred thousand miles my Toyota Prius Prime will take me places. First I didn’t work with Juan Rodriguez. Second, a simple request. No ‘4’ in the license plate #. My wife is Chinese and the sound of 4 in Mandarin Chinese sounds similar to the word death in Mandarin Chinese. I asked to be contacted BEFORE registering the vehicle. “Of course” I was told. Previous trips to the service department were good, occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. Last visit took over 4 hours to install new tires, alignment, oil change, bulb replacement. No summary of alignment, no summary of courtesy checks. The service misplaced one of hub caps, left one of the replaced wipers on the window. Not sure they can justify the high hourly rates charged. My vehicle was purchased new at the dealership so I would have expected a little better service than this last trip.

I had to have my 2019 RAV4 jump started by AAA after my car sat in the driveway unused for 3 weeks during a cold snap. I was pleased that Westboro Toyota could see me the same day to check out the battery . I expected to have to purchase a new battery but I was reassured the battery was fine and did not need even need service. Needless to say I’m very pleased.

I bought my car new at the Westboro Toyota dealership in 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated which resulted in uneven wear. We never touched the air in the tires. It was as it came off the factory belt. The car had several services, and I mentioned it each time that the car is shaking on the highway. How come that nobody picked up on the overinflated tires until they were ruined???? An issue with my lift gate that I was told could not be replicated but would be covered and was in the service notes for my car since my FIRST service was not covered. My Meir was transparent and didn’t try to up. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a patient ear and would actually listen. I have three dealership shops near me. Koch, Acton and Westboro. I have Specifically revisited Westborough Toyota because of the work they do and everything that I listed above. I know who I’ll come to when I start to need to shop around for a new vehicle.

I had a extremely minor issue in fact was fixed in less than 5 mins but was still charged 185, I stopped getting service because of this price gauging I only came because of timing and hoping parts would be available no parts were needed. This is why I will not be coming back unless an emergency

Service department at westboro toyota is awful. On multiple occasions I have showed up and my car was not ready from getting service done. One time it was almost 8 hours for an oil change and this time it was 7 hours to do a tire pressure monitor. Dropping off the car the night before and then getting a call at 8:30 that the car is checked in and then service isn’t done at 4:30 that afternoon is just awful.

I haven't had an answer from the seller for some time, when I bought the car he told me that they would have 02 keys. When I went to pick up the car there was only one and no one in the store I found the other I questioned him about the key reservations by text and so far nothing!

It took three visits to diagnose the problem, and I was charged for labor each time. Since they failed to identify the issue on the first visit, these charges were due to their mistake. It then took three months to receive the part, which I understand may have been due to logistical delays. However, when I returned for the installation, they charged me $591—on top of the three labor charges I had already paid for the incorrect diagnoses. I have been a customer of this dealership for 11 years. Even when I make an appointment, I generally have to wait over 20 mts. Nobody acknowledges that you had an appointment. The service managers simply ignore you and act like you are an unwelcome interruption to their day. If they are so busy or short staffed perhaps they could have given me a different appointment.

This is the second time that I went in for something that had been recalled. Both times I was told that the part had been ordered and they had it. Both times they hadn't. After me telling them it was as the second time, they told me that they would do a 'visual inspection'. I was told it was okay, and that they would note this on the paperwork. When I got home I realized that they said that they did a visual inspection AND that they replaced the part which isn't true.
