Just picked up my new 2018 Toyota Highlander. Not only is the car beautiful, the whole experience at Westboro Toyota was perfect from beginning to end. They listened to me, they were respectful and kind, and worked to find exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them. I worked with Gerry in sales who is a complete gentlemen and helped me feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole process. I also worked with Joe and Mackenzie in Finance that were able to meet the payment I wanted! Free maintence and oil changes for the next three years to boot!
Our first experience at Westboro Toyota we had a great experience. We went to look for something as my car had been totaled. It was busy in the sales room but we were greeted and given water and coffee. We walked around outside and pretty much found what we wanted..a salesperson came to us and we sat ,figured out what model we could afford..we test drove the car , sat with the finance person and picked up the car the next morning. We have since finished that lease and went back and leased a newer model. We get all of our service there and they are awesome. We definitely will get our next vehicle there. I honestly have never had such good experience at a car dealership.
We are on our second lease and get all of our service there. We will absolutely get our next vehicle(s) there. I have never had such good experiences at any other dealership.
Ok need more cheap sales
Did not have a good experience with the service department at this dealership. They don’t know what oil goes in what vehicles when you ask. You get different answers from different people. The service advisors could use some customer service coaching. The mechanics need to double check their work as well. My hood was not closed after the service was done. It started shaking erratically once I pulled out onto the highway. I had to pull over and close it. The only plus about the facility is one employee I’ve seen many times when I’ve come before. He pulls the cars forward, cleans them and moves them when necessary. His name is Chad. He has worked there for a few years. Every single time I come, he always has a giant smile on his face and greats you with fantastic service. He is always happy to open your door for you and remove any tags that were left in the vehicle. I give him props. He is an awesome employee. Westborough Toyota is very, very lucky to have him. You rock Chad!Update:John D., the fixed operations director for the dealership did reach out to me to apologize about the bad service. It was very nice of him. We have gotten to the bottom of which Tacoma’s take which kind of oil.

Toyota since 1984! I cannot tell you how polite a honest the young man was about my sons vehicle. Incredible people great person Dwayne. Very engaging very very nice young man. Very good service I’ll be buy my new vehicles at Westboro.
Amazing waiting room and the employees were spectacular. Meet with a manager due to prior issue at another location. Mr Dowden he was very nice offered me coffee a sandwich. Adviser was really good took care of my Camry quickly.
The salesmen at Westboro Toyota were very helpful and honest. I had no issues with my car buying process. Everyone at the dealership were welcoming and friendly. I would recommend buying from Westboro Toyota! We even had a very tasty, complimentary lunch.
