We just moved into the area and had to find a new Toyota dealer for service. This place is large and professional. They seem to be honest and didn't try to charge me for service I don't need. I will use them again. The only ding is that they wouldn't shuttle me home to Lancaster.
After an accident that totaled my 16 year old 2001 RAV4, I needed a car. I loved that car so I wanted another RAV. I went to Harr Toyota in Worcester which was ok but not many options for me wanting a pre-owned car. Plus there was too much pressure to sign on for the GAP Insurance. So I declined. I saw online that Westborough Toyota had many more options and I had never been there before. I did my homework and had a very good idea of what I wanted and what I could afford as well as pre-owned vehicle pricing. I was surprised to learn that they were a family owned business and I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy anything. My mom came with me, it was a very relaxed environment and the 96 year old owner still comes into work every day and chatted with us. Such a nice man. I did understand that they didn't want me to leave without buying something but that it had to be right for me. Chadi Atallah was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, open and answered all my questions I felt in a very open and honest way - "Why do you have two 2012 Toyota Limited cars on the lot with one at $13,989 and the other at $17,999 with 30,000k mileage difference? A good question and no hesitation in answering. I gave them the numbers that my bank offered for interest rates with an excellent credit score (815) and they found a bank to exceed the excellent rate my bake offered, not what I expected! But I also made it clear that I needed to remain within my budget. I looked at and drove a total of 3 cars and ended up with the first one on my list. I feel I got an excellent deal and the purchase was on my terms. So much better than trolling craigslist and doing all the legwork on my own to find a decent car. I wasn't pressured to buy the GAP insurance although it was suggested. Since I plan to have the loan paid off sooner than the 4.5 years I agreed to, I will be ok. Once again Chadi Atallah was wonderful and also steered us to a great Greek restaurant across the street. A much better experience than I had 15 years previously with Herb Chambers. That was a horrible experience, highly pressured environment I would never want to go through again. You have to know what you want but if you do, go to Westborough, they will meet/exceed your expectations!
